Mr. Sayantan Adhya Mr. Parvej Alam ....for the petitioner It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that trial has already commenced and one witness has been examined. It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a prayer for discharge was made on behalf of the petitioner and the same was rejected. First, charge sheet was submitted and the trial has begun. Yet, an application has been filed seeking quashing of an FIR. Moreover, no order of rejection of prayer for discharge has been annexed in the revision petition.

The application for quashing of proceeding is, therefore, disposed of without any further order, even as to costs. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a proper application annexing relevant documents on the self-same grounds. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
