Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. The main grievance of the petitioner is that on the representation of the petitioner made on 14th August, 2019 before the GST authority concerned sitting over it and the grievance mentioned in the said representation has not been considered till date. Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Commissioner of Kolkata, South CGST & CX, Kolkata, the respondent No.2, to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 14th August, 2019 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the proforma respondent No.7 to the writ petition or their authorised representatives within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and to

communicate his decision to the parties within one week thereafter.

It is recorded that this court has not gone into the merits of the case and the respondent concerned shall decided the case of the petitioner on its own merit and strictly in accordance with law.

WPA 11461 of 2021 is disposed of.
