Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. In this matter the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent authorities by the impugned order dated 19th February, 2021, rejecting the appeal of the petitioner filed manually by passing just one line order.

I am of the view that on this technical ground, no injustice can be done to the petitioner unless the appeal itself has got no merit.

Accordingly, the impugned order dated 19th February 2021, is set aside with a direction upon the respondent concerned to hear the appeal on merit and dispose of the same in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative expeditiously.

WPA 11464 of 2021 is disposed of.
