Provident Fund Organisation (in short, EPFO) submits that the petitioner has not furnished the provident fund account details from EPFO web domain by applying with the PAN, Aadhaar Number and Mobile number of the deceased employee.

The provident fund account details were asked to be provided by the respondents vide letter dated 24th June, 2024 cause to be written through their advocate. No response has also been received against the said letter. The petitioner has not supplied provident fund account details despite being asked for.

Petitioner remains unrepresented.

No adjournment is sought for. No one has applied to represent the petitioner through virtual mode.

It appears from the chain of events that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the matter.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
