1. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of eye-witnesses taking the name of the present petitioners as some of the assailants and the post-mortem report and the fact that the application for anticipatory bail of similarly circumstanced co-accused was rejected by this Court, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

3. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
