In the present case the petitioner seeks relief in accordance with the Transfer Rules, 2013.

However, at a subsequent stage in supervision of the Rules, 2013, the Transfer Rules, 2015 has come into effect.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition appears to be infructuous.

Hence, It is ordered that the writ petition is disposed of being infructuous.
