The learned advocate representing the applicants alleges violation of the order dated 2nd May, 2023 passed by a coordinate Bench on the connected writ petition.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors submits that order dated 2nd May, 2023 needs to be complied with but at the same time has prayed for time to take necessary steps in order to comply the formalities for giving effect to the directions as contained in the order dated 2nd May, 2023.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the alleged contemnors hearing of this contempt
