It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, in the meantime, the electricity connection sought by the petitioner has been given by the CESC Limited in favour of the petitioner. As such, the cause of action raised in the instant writ petition has been mitigated.

Accordingly, WPA No.10112 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.
