Subsequent to 21.06.2021, by an order of this court, one fresh interview list was published by the Commission about which no reference has been given by the petitioner today.

This matter is covered by the judgement and order delivered in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh - Vs.- State of West Bengal & Ors.). The order passed by this court in the said matter was carried to appeal and the appeal court has passed a judgement and the judgement passed by this court has merged with the appeal court's judgement.

Therefore, this court cannot pass any separate order in this matter. However it appears that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 28th June, 2021 to the Chairman of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission, as it appears from

Annexure P-4. However, this court is not entertaining this application for the reasons stated above and the order passed today can never be construed as an order extending the time to file any representation before the School Service Commission.

The matter is dismissed.
