...for the appellant We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant. In view of the undeniable fact that the tenancy is governed by the Transfer of Property Act and is determinable by serving a notice under section 106 of the Transfer of Property Act and the said fact having been accomplished and duly proved, the appellant has no leg to stand.
