-Vs- Willam Ranjit Dhara Mr. Nilanjan Adhikari Ms. Oindrila Sinha Mr. Nitin Sharma .....For the Petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure in Title Suit No. 1105 of 2022 expeditiously.

Mr. Adhikari, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure was filed at the stage of evidence and the same is otherwise ready for hearing. He further submits that the next date for hearing has been fixed on 31st July, 2025.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this

application, along with a copy of this order, upon the opposite party or his learned advocates representing him before the learned Trial Judge.

In view thereof, CO 1686 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas to take up the hearing of the said application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed i. e. 31st July, 2025, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and dispose of the same, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With the above direction CO 1686 of 2025 stands disposed of.
