There was a dispute in respect of subject matter of 07.07.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.11 Rakib land/patta. To that effect a suit has also been preferred by the respondent no.6.

Petitioners claim that there has been interference at the behest of the private respondents and the petitioners claim to be the recorded patta owner. Report submitted by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

Having regard to the fact that the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Berhampore is in seisin of the issue, the violations and/or any other interim order which is subject matter of dispute between parties be taken care by the concerned Court. So far as the records are concerned, if there are any disputes of B.L.&L.R.O. would consider the same, police authorities would only ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility

and/or any untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10697 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
