Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner is that a portion of his raiyati land has been encroached upon by the State respondents, who have also damaged his residential house thereon for the purpose of extension of the road adjoining the land of the petitioner.

The petitioner intends to submit a comprehensive representation ventilating his grievance before the 3rd respondent and prays for a direction upon the 3rd respondent to consider his representation at the earliest. Upon consideration of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation ventilating his grievance before the 3rd respondent within a fortnight from date. The 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the writ

petition within a period of two months from the date of receipt thereof after granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioner in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. Pending disposal of the representation by the concerned authority, let there be an order of status quo in respect of the nature, character and possession of the property in question upon both the parties as on this date. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition being WPA 10115 of 2022 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
