Considering the injury reports present in the case diary showing fracture injuries and the statements of witnesses including that of the victim recorded before the learned Magistrate and the alleged role as ascribed to the present petitioners, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 1616 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.
