Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, there was a relationship between the petitioner no. 1 and the de-facto complainant. On such relationship, a police case was filed falsely implicating the petitioners. State and the de-facto complainant are represented. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that there was a relationship between the

petitioner no. 1 and the de-facto complainant, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further conditions that the petitioners shall meet the investigating officer once in a fortnight till the conclusion of the investigation and shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
