This matter was disposed of in the absence of the opposite parties. The petitioner prayed for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. Some submissions have wrongly gone down. Thus, the corrections are being incorporated. The corrections do not have any impact on the final order passed by this court.

In the order dated May 2, 2024, the name of Mr. Arnab Roy, learned advocate for the petitioner be incorporated in the appearance portion. In the third line of the first paragraph of the number of the Title Suit be corrected as Title Suit No.203 of 2019. In the first and second lines of the second paragraph of the order the expression „the second‟ be deleted and the expression „an‟ be inserted.

A part of third and fourth line of the second paragraph which reads as "A similar application filed by the opposite party no.2 was rejected" be corrected as follows:-

"Another application under Order 21 Rule 29 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the opposite party no. 1, was rejected."

Let this order be treated as a part of the original order dated May 2, 2024. The other part of the order shall remain unaltered.

The department is directed to take steps accordingly.
