For the DPS (South) Pursuant to the earlier order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, Mr. Biswas, learned advocate appearing for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education (hereinafter referred to as the Board) has placed before us a memo dated 24th July, 2025 issued by the respondent no. 4. A copy of the said memo has been handed over to Mr. Dasgupta, learned advocate appearing for the appellant in Court today. Let a copy of the same, as produced, be kept on record.

From the memo dated 24th July, 2025 it appears that the same had been issued in cancellation of two earlier memoranda dated 17th March, 2025 and 9th July, 2025.

The appellant herein, presently working at Moloypur No. 3 Primary School, Arambagh East Circle, Hooghly has been transferred to the post of Assistant Teacher at Siromonipur Tantipara Primary School, Kotalpur Circle, Bankura.

Mr. Dasgupta submits, upon instruction, that the appellant is ready and willing to join the said post of Assistant Teacher at Siromonipur Tantipara Primary School, Kotalpur Circle, Bankura within a period of seven days from date.

In view thereof, no further interference is called for in the present appeal. The appeal and the connected application are, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. The personal appearance of Mr. Sultan Shah Alam, Law Officer of the Board is dispensed with.
