In view of the innocuous nature of the order proposed to be passed and in view of the disposal of the proceeding, filed under the Mental Health Act, having apparently been procrastinated indefinitely, this revisional application is taken up for disposal at the motion stage.

C. O. No. 1323 of 2021 is disposed of by requesting the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Second Fast Track Court at Howrah and/or any other court in charge of the matters pending before the said court, as the case may be, to dispose of Miscellaneous Case No. 82 of 2019, pending before the said court, as expeditiously as possible, positively within four months from the date of communication of this order to the court below.

The petitioner shall communicate this order, along with a server copy of this order, to the court below at the earliest.

The trial court shall act on the written communication of the learned advocate for the petitioner, accompanied by a server copy of this order, without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy thereof.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
