The impugned order dated 24.08.2021 which is annexed to the writ petition as Annexure P-8 (at page 54), is set aside as there is no reason as to why the recognition was rejected.

Therefore, I direct the President of the West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education to hear the matter afresh by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to the concerned department who gives recognition, within a period of 30 days from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order thereon and to communicate the same by two weeks from the date of the hearing of the said matter.

With this observation and direction this writ application is allowed.
