On June 10, 2022, the petitioner was enlarged on anticipatory bail. The petition for anticipatory bail was filed on June 6, 2022. It was affirmed before Notary Public on June 6, 2022. In paragraph 7 of the present application, the petitioner claim that he was not aware of the order granting anticipatory bail and, therefore, he did not comply with the order. Such claim of the petitioner is required to be understood in presence of the petitioners. The petitioner will be personally present on September 26, 2022 along with the person who affirmed the petition on his behalf and the learned Advocate who identified the deponent of the application for anticipatory bail.
