For the ends of justice and considering the pleadings in the application for restoration, we recall the order of dismissal dated May 10, 2023 and restore WPLRT 62 of 2023 to its original file and number.

CAN 2 of 2023 is disposed of.

In re : WPLRT 62 of 2023 The writ petition is directed against an order dated February 2, 2023 passed by the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal in OA 811 of 2021. By the impugned order, the Tribunal afforded further time to the respondents to produce trial Court records. The writ petitioners complain that, the original application is pending since 2021 and that the trial Court records were not being made available to the Tribunal despite direction for production being passed

by the Tribunal. The writ petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the original application.

It would be open to the petitioners to take appropriate steps with regard to the non-production of the trial Court records.

We find that the Tribunal fixed the matter on December 13, 2023 under the heading 'Hearing'. No special case of urgency is made out.

In such circumstances, we find no ground to interfere.

WPLRT 62 of 2023 along with connected applications are disposed of without any order as to costs.
