The Executive Assistant of the Gram Panchayet has forwarded a report signed on 4th July, 2024 clearly mentioning that the construction in question was made without taking permission from the Gram Panchayet. The report further mentions that some portion of the construction falls within the land of the petitioner. The Executive Assistant has forwarded all documents in connection with the proceeding dealing with the unauthorized construction to the SubDivisional Officer.

The petitioner is granted leave to take up the issue with the Sub-Divisional Officer.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
