Mr. Sen, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been called by the Asansol Durgapur Development Authority for resolution of the problem which is the subject matter of the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any decision on the merits and the parties are at liberty to complete the process of execution and registration of the lease deed in accordance with law within three months from the petitioner complying with all other formalities.

As affidavits have not been filed, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Parties are act on the basis of the server copy of this order. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
