1. It is submitted by the alleged contemnors that the petitioner has rejoined her service with effect from 7th May, 2024 and the period from 2nd May, 2024 to 7th May, 2024 shall not be treated as break-in service.

2. In view of the above, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

3. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

4. The personal appearance of the alleged contemnor no.1 is dispensed with.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
