In the 4th page of the papers inside the file I find one reference of a note of Assistant Engineer (Civil) dated 05.08.2021 which is not there inside the said file. I am told by the learned advocate for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, on instruction, the name of the said Assistant Engineer is one Subrata Biswas who is still in employment of Kolkola Municipal Corporation and is working in the same Borough Committee i.e. Borough -I.

I direct said Subrata Biswas if he is present in

office today to appear before this court personally to assist this court in this respect at 3 p. m.

This matter is adjourned till 3 p.m.
