Learned counsel for the respective parties submits that the petitioner had preferred an appeal against the order dated May 14, 2026 wherein the Hon'ble Division Bench has given liberty to the parties to approach before the arbitrator.

The petitioner has preferred an application under Section 9 before the appropriate court and already taken step for appointment of arbitrator.
