Counsel for the distribution company submitted that the meter has been installed on 16th July, 2021 at the premises in the name of Shrimanta Chani. Copy of the work order dated July 16, 2021 issued by the distribution company is taken on record.

In that view of the matter nothing remains to be adjudicated in the writ application.

W.P.A. 11457 of 2021 is disposed of.
