Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to appear. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course. The revisional application was preferred for expediting the trial. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that most of the witnesses have been examined and it may be that one or two witnesses are still left for concluding the trial. Having considered the submissions as advanced, I direct the learned trial court would take steps so that by 31st January, 2024 the verdict is pronounced by the learned trial court, if the same has already not been pronounced.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1624 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this
