1. Petitioner contends one of the victims was in hospital. This was not considered by the jurisdictional magistrate when he enlarged him on bail.

2. We have considered the grievance expressed by the petitioner. Opposite party nos. 2 and 3 were enlarged on interim bail. Order impugned is an interlocutory one.

3. It is open to the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the jurisdictional magistrate at the time of confirmation of bail.

4. With this observation, application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
