Dutta Mr. Subrato Roy ...... for the State Petitioner renews his prayer for bail and submits investigation is complete. It is further submitted there was a love affair between the parties.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the victim was a minor.

We have considered materials on record including the statement of the victim girl. She stated that the petitioner used to call her over mobile phone but she blocked his number. Thereafter, he forcibly raped her.

In view of the aforesaid facts and bearing in mind the fact that the victim is a minor, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
