1. Mr. Utpal Kumar Ghosh, Administrator, Purulia Municipality is present in court. The order of this court has been compiled with. However, Mr. Ghosh tenders unconditional apology for the delay.

2. The apology is accepted. The affidavit-of-compliance is taken on record. Personal appearance of Mr. Ghosh is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the municipality. The petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the same, in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. The contempt proceedings are dropped. The Rule is discharged.
