The petitioners complain that the private respondents have been filling up a pond of which the petitioners are co-sharers. The petitioners filed several representations before the Block Development Officer, Indas, Bankura ventilating their grievance, last of which was filed on 10th June, 2021. The said representations have not been considered. The petitioners seek direction upon the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Indas, Bankura for consideration of the representation.

Having heard the learned counsels for the parties and considering the material on record, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Indas, Bankura (the respondent No. 6 herein) to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners on 10th June, 2021 after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioners and the private respondents, within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law.

W.P.A.11346 of 2021 is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
