A copy of the said order dated September 29, 2021 has been provided to the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

In the light of the same, there is no need to proceed with the contempt application any further. In view thereof the contempt application is disposed of and the contempt rule is discharged.

I make it clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the said order, he shall be at liberty to challenge the said order dated September 29, 2021 before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
