The petitioner is aggrieved by the warrant of arrest issued by the learned ACJM, Uluberia.
In view of the limited subject matter involved in this case, the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Tanmay Kr. Ghosh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.
The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned ACJM, Uluberia. In case the petitioner surrenders before the learned ACJM, Uluberai by 14th July, 2022, learned Magistrate shall on such surrender consider his application for bail in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, CRR 1890 of 2022 is disposed of.
