Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the judgment dated 24.02.2025.

In the cause title of the judgment dated 24.02.2025 'For the appellant in CRA (DB) 117/2023: Mr. Fazlur Rahman, Adv. with Mrs. Nasra Ali Rahman, Adv.' be read as 'For the appellant in CRA (DB) 39/2024: Mr. Fazlur Rahman, Adv. with Mrs. Nasra Ali Rahman, Adv'.

Furthermore, in paragraph 29 of page 13 of the judgment the words 'period of detention suffered by the appellant' be read as 'period of detention suffered by the appellants'. 4.

Other portions of the judgment shall remain the same. 5.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the judgment.

Corrected certified copy of the judgment be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
