The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceeding of Case No.C-605 of 2011 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta under Sections 418/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners approached this Court immediately after the process was issued by the court and summons received by the petitioners.

Having regard to the contentions advanced in the revisional application and on perusal of the contents of the application, I am of the view that the complainant should be allowed to adduce his evidence before charge. Accordingly, no interference is called for at this stage.

Thus, CRR 1570 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
