In the present writ petition, the petitioners primarily prayed for consideration of the representation submitted by the petitioners before the respondent authority in terms of the order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court on December 21, 2020 in WPA 8334 of 2021.

The report in the form of affidavit submitted by the 4th respondent demonstrates that the representation has been considered and rejected by the authority upon giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 11617 of 2021 is disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs.
