And In Re : Mondal Joynal Abedin & Anr. ..... petitioners Mr. Golam Mostafa Mr. Samirul Sardar ... for the petitioners Mr. Madhu Sudan Sur, learned APP Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ... for the State Statements of witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder of the victim. Hence, we are of the opinion in view of gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to them.
