The present revisional application has been preferred against several orders passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambagh, Hooghly in Miscellaneous Case no. 39 of 2011. The orders, which were the subject matter of challenge, are of the year 2011-2012. The records of this revisional application reflects that the matter appeared on 5th July 2012, 6th September 2012 and 21st March 2013. The revisional application till date has not been admitted.

Having regard to the time, which is elapsed in the mean time, I am of the view that the revisional application has become infructuous and there is no scope for interference with the orders passed by the learned Magistrate at this belated stage. Accordingly, CRR 1574 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
