Considering the material available in the case diary including the injury reports which show infliction of simple injuries and the fact that there are case and counter-case while I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, his movement would be restricted for a limited period. Accordingly, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount

each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section of the Code of Criminal Procedure, corresponding to Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and on further condition that he shall cooperate with the investigation and shall meet the Investigation Officer of the case once a week till submission of report in final form and he shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. The petitioner shall also stay outside the jurisdiction of Nabagram Police Station for a period of six months from this date except for the purpose of meeting the Investigating Officer or attending the jurisdictional Court. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 1619 of 2025 is, thus, allowed.
