Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondent nos.4 and 5.

The petitioner is a senior citizen. The allegation is that the respondent nos.4 and 5 have taken some money from the petitioner to paint the petitioner's residential house, but they fled away with the money, without doing the work. Moreover, the Court finds that this is a dispute with regard to alleged violation of an oral agreement between the parties. However, the Inspector-in-Charge, Narendrapur Police Station shall look into the representation dated May 11, 2022 made by the petitioner and take appropriate steps as he may deem fit and proper, but strictly in accordance with law. This Court has not gone into the correctness of the allegation.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dispose of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
