And In Re : Sandhya Biswas & Anr. ...... petitioners Mr. Debasish Kundu Ms. Doyel Dey .....for the petitioners Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwala Ms. Subhasree Patel ....for the State Mr. Akashdeep Mukherjee Mr. Pintu Karar .... for de facto complainant Heard learned lawyers appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. It is alleged there is a land dispute amongst family members. Keeping in mind the aforesaid fact and as no external injury is noted in the body of the minor, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the

conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on condition that they shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
