Learned Counsel for the State and the respondent nos. 4 and 5 are present.

This Court, on July 22, 2025 and on August 7, 2025, granted time to the petitioners to file relevant photographs and other documents to establish that a high tension electricity tower is installed in the land in question.

On the last date also, the petitioners prayed for time to do the needful and also to file exception to the report filed by the State. The petitioners have not complied with both the requirements. Thus, prima facie there exists no material to substantiate the case of the petitioners.

The petition filed in the nature of Public Interest Litigation is dismissed for want of

prosecution. However, liberty is reserved for the petitioners to file a properly constituted petition along with relevant documents/proof.
