Mr. Afroze Alam, learned advocate for the appellant-insurance company submits that the award has been satisfied in the execution proceedings, for which reason, the insurance company does not intend to proceed further with the present appeal. He submits for withdrawal of the appeal. He also files written instruction of the insurance company, which is taken on record.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the appellant-insurance company, the present appeal being FMA 1179 of 2021 stands dismissed as withdrawn. The appellant-insurance company is given liberty to withdraw the statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- together with accrued interest.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
