submits that he was engaged in the main revisional application. However, at the time of hearing of the connected application being CRAN 1 of 2024 the whole of the revisional application being CRR 1627 of 2023 was disposed of, in spite of his presence and appearing on behalf of the State, his name has not been recorded. In view of such submissions so far as the learned advocates appearing for the State on 14.05.2024 is concerned, the same be read as follows:
