Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State produces the report dated 07.02.2022 prepared by Inspectorin-Charge, Nimta Police Station. Let the same be kept on record.

The said report reflects that the original case being NGR Case No. 862/16 {Nimta PS NCR (PR) No. 93/16 dated 21.01.2016} was dropped on 16.05.2017 by the learned Executive Magistrate. It is further been commented by the Inspector-in-Charge that presently there is no breach of peace at the locale. Accordingly, the revisional application has become infructuous.

The revisional application being CRR 1468 of 2016 is, thus, dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
