Affidavit-of-service is taken on record. The respondent No.6 has refused the postal article, which was sought to be served. 'Refusal' is good service. The investigations against the petitioner in respect of the complaints filed by the respondent No.6, shall be completed expeditiously.

If the petitioner approaches the police authorities on any working day before 12 noon, for being escorted back to the house, the police authorities shall ensure safe entry of the petitioner to the house. The protection of the respondent No.6 shall also be ensured by the police authorities. A vigil shall be maintained in order to prevent any untoward incident. Law and order shall be maintained by both the parties. This order shall not be

construed as a protection of the petitioner from the criminal cases, which are already pending.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
