This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the Chairman, Regional Trasnport Authority, Hooghly dated 11th August, 2023.

The writ petitioner states to have purchased the auto rickshaw on 28th August, 2000, as against the monetary considerations.

However, the date of registration of the said vehicle as appears from the annexed document is 31st December, 2012.

In view of the glaring discrepancy as above, the writ petition appears to be a frivolous one.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed.
