2. Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of M Case No.106 of 2023 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

3. Petitioner is the wife.

4. A maintenance proceeding is pending since 2023.

5. None appears for the opposite parties.

6. In my view, interest of justice would be sub-served by requesting the jurisdictional Court to hear and decide the M Case No.106 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 6(six) months from date without affording unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

7. CRR 2090 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
