........ petitioners Mr. S Das Mahapatra ...... for the petitioners Ms. S Santra ...... for the State We have considered materials on record including the statements of witnesses recorded under sections 161/164 Cr.P.C disclosing assault on the victim by the petitioners. As a result, victim succumbed to his injuries. Post mortem also discloses a number of injuries including intracranial hemorrhage. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
